Crunchy potatoes, combined with curry and spices and a simple soy yogurt sauce which you will absolutely love! The perfect side for your bean patties or seitan steak! Delicious and Super Easy Baked Potatoes with Curry

minutesSpicy potatoes with curry! A delicious side with the easiest and most delicious sauce!
Ingredients
- The potatoes
4 – 5 potatoes
4 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
Black pepper
1/3 cup bread crumbs
- The sauce
75 gr soy yogurt
75 gr vegan mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- The potatoes
- Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them in wedges. Fold them in a kitchen towl and pat dry them. Leave them in the towel for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven at 200°C.
- In a bowl add the potatoes, the spices, the bread crubs and mix well. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add the the potatoes in your tray and bake for about 55 minutes or until crispy and golden
- The sauce
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
Notes
- You can also chop an oion and add it with your potatoes.
