Easy Vegan Chocolate Pudding with simple ingredients

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
3/4 cup coconut milk
100 dark chocolate
1/4 agave syrup
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp brandy
1 picnh of salt
Directions
- Chop the chocolate. Pour some of water into a pot. Fit a bowl over the pot, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Heat the water to a simmer. Add the chopped chocolate bar the bowl. Stir gently to melt.
- Add all the rest of the ingredients in a bender and pulse a few times. Add melted chocolate and blend until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
- Pour the cream in 4 small bowls and cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh fruits or / and nuts.
Notes
- Make sure the avocados you will use are ripe enough.
