Ingredients
1/2 cup cashews raw
1/2 cup water
1 pinch salt
Directions
- Soak cashews overnight. Add all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until creamy and smooth.
- Store in an airtight container and the fridge for up to 4 days.
Notes
- Instead of soaking the cashews we can cook them for about 15 minutes until soft.
