Easy and simple cashews cream. Perfect for cooking!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews raw

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • Soak cashews overnight. Add all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until creamy and smooth.
  • Store in an airtight container and the fridge for up to 4 days.

Notes

  • Instead of soaking the cashews we can cook them for about 15 minutes until soft.
